“God” - singular

The word “God” could be anything for worship. May be stone, water air, man, nature and many more

“Gods”- plural

The word “Gods” could be anything for worship- above mentioned.

And in English God could be male and female. 

So logically English doesn't have word to describe the word اللهُ(Allah)

And word   اللهُ  doesn’t have any female and male genger and its not singular or plural and اللهُ is only اللهُ

Etymology of word

إله‎‎ (ilah)means “God”. The word “God” can define anything to worship like

Weather u something to see or don’t see

Something you touch or not touch.

Something u can hear or not hear. The Word “God” could be anything

God could be a rock, stick, stone a bone and something u can do from with your hand.

God could be something your imagination. It could be a human being

God could be anything.

But there is no word in English for “Allah”. So when u translate to word Allah to be god you are actually diminished the meaning of Allah.

That’s why whenever you translate the bible from English to Arabic u need to use the word Allah instead of God with bid “G”

Which now gives clue to the problem.

In English language they have only word, god. Little “g.o.d” -  it mean something worshipped

It could be “idols, images, pictures, statue, human being and many more. The “God” could be anything.

But when u mean the god

You have to capitalize the g you have to make a big G

Now whats happened if you are going to start

The sentence with the word God?

You hav to make big G anyway, don’t you?

And in English god can be he or she when you are going to describe the God

Ex: he is / she is.

But in Arabic there is no gender because Allah is superior than gender.

So the word “God” is not equal to  “اللهُ”(Allah)

And the word “God” can describe anything
